Update

Hey everyone,
Sorry I haven't posted in so long! Good news is Stella is doing great and continuing to thrive. We watch her activity level, feed her a good quality food, and use the lemons to keep her breathing easy! Hope you and your bullies are all doing well!

  1. I found your site a few years back and did not need to comment because my 2 EBD's had no issues with breathing; I did fall in love with Stella and kept following her journey. Now I have a 6 month old little girl, also, EBD, her name is Bo and she is a handful :) (aren't they all). Well she was diagnosed with a diffuse trachea and has some of the similar issues that you noted with Stella. I will try the lemons and I am *thrilled* to know that Stella is doing well :)

  2. Hi, hi!
Just wrote a whole *novel* and it was deleted...oy!
Found your site a few years back, now have a 6 month old who suffers from similar issues as Stella; will try the lemons and the nectarines and see if that clears my little pocket sized Bulldog up (she's 6 months and 20 lbs, little baby) Thank you for all your tips and advice, *thrilled* that Stella is doing so well.

  3. Alya,

Good luck with your new baby. Many bullies do seem to outgrow these issues if they can make it past the first year or two - maybe their tracheas grow a little? Who knows - but we are hoping the best for you and your bully baby girl.

  4. Hi I recently posted on your blog, its such a wonderful service to all of us that have fallen victim to such a unfair abnormality. One that has left me feeling anxious, helpless, and frustrated to say the least. I think its wonderful that you share your stories its often all that people need is some hope as well as someone or something they can relate to . Without these things we often give up hope. Thank you! I have Luke who was born FEB 25, 2013. I haven't seen any post s this year, so I hope that all is well for you and your girl Stella. and that I can talk further on what I can do or seek to do to help me and my baby get through this and live a happy life.

  5. What do you feed? Do you moisten it? And do you elevate her dishes at all? My boy gobbles his meals which worries me as does everything with him. Thank you again!
